The Role:

• Implementation of the project, the collection of input data to determine the cost of the planned work and costs in the formation of the calculation of the initial price.
• Development and preparation of budget documentation.
• Verification and analysis of budget documentation developed by subcontractors.
• Request and analysis of commercial offers of contractors, monitoring of prices for materials and equipment.
• Estimation of the design documentation and statements of the scope of work;
• Verification of design estimates.
• Development of work schedules and monitoring of their implementation.
• Monitoring the execution of all stages of construction production and budget compliance

The Candidate:

• Higher education (construction)
• Work experience in construction from 2 years – industrial construction
• Must know:
• Preparation, verification, and approval of estimates for construction and installation works;
• Formation of costing for types of work at commercial rates;
• Formation and maintenance of a base of commercial rates;
• Drawing technical specifications;
• Calculation of volumes for the project;
• Estimation of the project.

The Conditions:

• Work in a construction company (industrial construction)
• Opening hours: from 9.00-18.00, 5/2.
• Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
• The salary is to be discussed.
