The Company:
The client of Acteon is the leader on his segment, offering a large range of equipment and solutions for the industrial food industry and more precisely for the BVP (Bakery-Viennese-Pastry). Headquartered in Europe, the company is facing an increasing demand on the Russian territory, which is already representing several M€ turnover. Therefore the success of their business leads them to open a Sales Manager role.
The Role:
- Acting as a consultant with the customers
- Making the link between equipment and recipes to obtain ideal final product
- Maintaining close communication with customers in order to develop or customize new or existing solutions
- Participating with HQ in product development
- Guiding clients in their choice of equipment
- Up-selling and introducing new solutions
The Candidate:
- Higher education in food area, or industrial equipment
- 3 years experience in similar role, for Ingredient companies or food equipment company in bread, pastry, dough processing sphere
- Experience in working with recipes
- Excellent communicator and listener
- Open minded and solution maker personality
- Driving license
- English
The candidate

coordinate sales team activity- making and following contracts, checking team – members action lists, interface between Russia CIS and East Europe Sales Director;

communicate with clients, clients’ orders collection;

input and process: orders, receiving orders confirmations, making orders release;

interface between the Russian operations and Moscow Warehouse (to be able to communicate to WH personnel);

interface between Moscow and European HQ (mostly logistics and customer service)

create replenishment shipments

be responsible for all the logistics operations in Russia including, but limited with:

work with inbound processes (customs declarations, goods acceptance at the WH)

work with outbound documentation (Invoice- facture, TORG-12 etc.)
