Their stores are located in the most exclusive shopping areas in the world constantly aiming at maximizing customer delight.
The position
As the Sales Admin, you will be responsible to take care of back-office, inventory, and support activities, ensuring maximum cooperation to the sales team in the achievement of the store targets.
AFSS Activities:
- Perform after-sale service activities such as taking items to repair in charge from the sale staff, contacting repair centers, organizing item shipment to repair centers, following up on item repair status, etc. providing prompt information to sales staff. Follow up problematic AFSS cases directly with end customers;
- Contact IT/system suppliers in case of malfunctioning or damage to any hardware/software device;
- Contact suppliers for any store maintenance issue providing a prompt and dedicated update to the store manager;
Stock Activities:
- Perform tagging activities related to all items, from product receiving to reprising: check the consistency of prices between tags and system by monitoring the price changes
- Manage and supervise store caveau and all related cycle, quarterly and annual, inventory activities. Run small inventories on certain SKUs upon request;
- Advice on all back-office activities: data entry into the proper software system, product receiving at the store, check between physical items received and invoice, incorrect product receiving management together with the Commercial Company administration;
- Stock analysis: stock rotation between the DOS in liaison with Central Merchandising team, advise of replenishment/increase of depth;
Sales Activities:
- Support sales staff assisting them during the wholesale process from customer welcome to payment/packaging;
- Support Omnichannel sales in liaison with Omnichannel manager: order of goods, quality control, packaging & reservation of products, perform sales to online customers.
The candidate
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Luxury business is a plus

- At least 2-3 year of similar role at AFSS
