The client of Acteon is a world-leading European cosmetic house producing and offering luxurious skincare lines complemented by perfumes and an upmarket makeup collection.

The Position

Managing retailers’ daily business

  • Sales and brand development through close cooperation with retailers

  • Building strong relationships with partners

  • Participation in retailers’ meetings, conferences, discussions…

  • Regular presentations to clients of key brand activities (launches, events, business tools…)

  • Market understanding and competition analysis.

  • Follow up on payment collections and overdue payments

  • Retailers’ assortment: keep up to date (listing, delisting, etc.)

  • Execution control of agreed trade terms with the Retailers

Sales Planning

  • Sales forecasting: provide a realistic forecast of sales on a monthly/yearly basis.

  • Responsible for sell in accordance to budget and business reality

  • Coordination of the planned budget with the retailers

  • Ensure healthy stock at retailer’s level

Product deliveries

  • Coordination of the orders placement and shipments schedule

  • Collect information from retailers to plan products’ demand

  • Manage returns when needed.

Cooperation with the Client’s departments

  • Share information received from retailers with other departments as needed. Participate in regular meetings to involve colleagues in key retailers’ topics

  • Building effective communication and business processes with other departments

  • Identify opportunities for business development

  • Provide accurate product demand planning on a monthly/annual basis

  • Close cooperation with Sales Analyst in collecting and processing retailers’ reports

  • Support the annual budget preparation

The candidate

  • Minimum four years experience in Sales. Luxury – Beauty/Skincare experience is a plus.

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Luxury sensitivity

  • Multitasking and organizational skills

  • Strategic vision and ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Adherence to the company’s Core Values (Passion – Excellence – Entrepreneurship – Care) & ability to transmit them to 3rd parties.

  • Proficient English skills are a must.
