Marketing Manager for a Multinational Production Company

The position

• Evaluating steel market environment: analyzing supply and demand balance, production capacity utilization, evaluation of market volume and prices with further forecasting of changes dynamics;
• Investigating key metal-consuming fields and their development prospects: construction, bridges, machine-building, railway industry, shipbuilding; pipe industry;
• Making the forecast of steel market environment evolution and preparing market benchmarks for business planning;
• Pricing analysis, versus competition and indexes,
• Competitor analysis and benchmarking;
• Investigating key competitors (assets, organizational structure, production capacity, products, market share, competitor position, corporate and business strategy, business-models, investment projects, financial reports, capitalization);
• Preparing quarterly presentations with the analysis of KPI and operational results;
• Increasing sales efficiency;
• Developing the strategy of market presence and defining product-market combinations;
• Analyzing client database
• Developing and supporting business planning process.

The candidate

• Higher marketing/ economic education, Master or higher,
• Young talent after having completed Master education welcomed
• PC skills: confident user (МS Office, Internet);
• Good oral and written language skills;
• English proficiency – level not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
• Personal qualities: attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, activity, politeness, friendliness;
• Experience in a similar position from 3 years with confirmed results
