The client of Acteon is a leading international company operating in the Retail industry. They have been successful with more than 20 global brands for nearly a century and they have achieved over €20 billions revenue in 2010. Due to their constant development in Russia, they are looking for an experienced IT Team Leader in SAP to join their team in Moscow. 

The Role:

• Manage the IT SAP Team of the company (3 people + outsourced services)
• Control implementation of ongoing projects on time and according to guidelines
• Supervise the work of external consultants/contractors on specific projects
• Provide support to IT team and manage operations to ensure that internal operations connected to SAP ERP system are running properly
• Develop, launch and maintain new projects

The Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years comparable experience in an international company
• Higher education connected with IT
• IT team management experience
• Good presentation and excellent communication skills (“easy going”)
• Ability to work successfully in a team and independently
• Dynamic, analytical mind and flexible profile
• Excellent computing skills, especially in SAP (in-depth knowledge of this software is needed)
• Fluent English / native Russian, any other language is a plus
