Controleur de Gestion - Finance Controller in Retail (Fashion)

The role

The Controller is a key part of the team in Russia: he whas to optimize the markdown and the final margin to develop the result of the company.

• He sets-tup and follows indicators, dashboards, software and procedures to verify that the structure is working in accordance with the objectives;
• He collects financial and accounting information from subsidiaries, departments or services;
• He assists the accounting: follow-up of the budget, comparison of the accounting statements with the results of the reports, control of the inventories, communication to the accounting of the elements to be integrated in the results;
• He analyzes cost prices, costs, changes in markets, etc.

The candidate

• Higher education in Finance;
• At least a successful experience in a similar position;
• Fluent in  French and good in English; If nonnative, a good level in Russian is a plus;
• Fashion enthusiast;
• Good customer sense;
• Good relationship, ability to convince and unite;
• Analytical and synthetical mind;
• Capacity to work under pressure
• Good sense of organization
