Visual Merchandiser for a Top Luxury Brand

The role

The Visual Merchandiser implements VM strategy and procedures across the Russian stores to ensure a high level of product display and the store’s perfect look at all times:

Monthly window set up (refresh every 15 days)

• Monitoring the delivery status of the windows elements and props.
• Dealing with local suppliers for windows set up

Instore display every 15 days

• Managing props for store

VM Training (Seasonal)

• Arrange location and catering
• Prepare VM material for the store manager and in-store VM

Trunk show

• Props coordination

Budget and administration

• Monitoring payment to suppliers
• Identifying and managing VM storage
• VM storage inventory
• Monthly pictures report
• Photographic archive

New opening

• Check and monitor material for new store (props)
• Coordinate suppliers – porters – electricians

Special project and pop up

• Monitoring delivery props for the setup

The candidate

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in visual merchandising in Fashion
• Strong managerial skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to train and supervise staff
• High listening skill
• Ability to execute and plan strategies is essential
• Good product display skills
• Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to use MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Good level of English is a must.
