The Company:

The client of Acteon, with over 140,000 employees and a presence in 100 countries, is a global leader in Construction and Civil Engineering projects, developing and operating a unique portfolio of transport infrastructures and public facilities concessions. Working on several major projects on Russia, they are now looking for Engineers for a new top project in Yamal region involving piles foundation, concrete tank fabrication, camp and off site facilities (work shop, generators, water treatment, waste, etc). Position based in Salekhard.

The Job:

• Being responsible for the subcontractors management and motivation
• Participating in creation of tender and selection of subcontractors
• Monitoring on site Subcontractors performance and quality
• Making sure that all terms and conditions are respected from both side
• Following construction process on site
• Payment flows controlling and contract administration management
• Ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety legislation to the highest possible standards at all times
• Working closely with other department to identify needs
• Reporting directly to Head of Construction and Project Manager

The Candidate:

• Construction Engineering degree
• 3 years experience required in civil engineering projects, ideally with roads
• exposed to Western management process and experience with an international company
• capability to work with deadlines and work autonomously when required
• Intermediate English
