The Company
The client of Acteon is a global leader for spectacular outdoor advertising, with operations in more than 40 cities worldwide and 20 years of international experience. Offering spectacular advertisement to major companies, they are providing full-service on prime site locations. Due to the growth of their activities, they are looking to extend their activity to short-term outdoor advertising (Billboards, Panels, Posters…) and they are hiring talented Senior Sales Manager to develop this activity in Russia & CIS.
The Role:
- Prospection of potential advertisers on the basis of a concrete address book and network (corporate and advertising agencies)
- To lead and develop high-level decision-makers clients, through professional & personal networks
- To launch new repetitive collaboration for short-term business
- To manage complex business proposals, including whole aspects of OOH (Out Of Home) advertisement projects
- To write and control commercial contracts with customers and suppliers required by on-going projects
- To lead negotiations on each project according to the conditions of margins set by the company, and project monitoring and following-up in time
- Achievement of annual targets in terms of orders and under the terms of margins set by the company
- Client-monitoring monthly during project execution, reporting and business record keeping, compliance with internal administrative procedures
The Candidate:
- Higher education in marketing, sales or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in advertisement selling, ideally on OOH (Out Of Home) segment
- Commercial personality with coordination skills, to manage projects between different departments: Legal, Design, Engineering, Finance
- Ability to develop, contact and manage high-level contacts with key account customers in long-term view
- Able to work in a multicultural team with foreigners and international business relationships
