The Company:
The Client of Acteon is a global leading retailer of luxury goods. Due to its constant growth and in order to optimize the current operations, the company is looking for a Shop Manager, responsible for one of their strategic flagship stores, downtown Moscow.
The Job:
- To implement brand standard and sales strategy within the Point of Sales
- To ensure a proper representation of the brand (product assortment, visual merchandising)
- To presents and to promote the products to the distributor and the sales staff (training).
- To maintain good relationships with the distributor.
- To participate in special projects such as promotions, new products launches and new marketing initiatives
- To define a clear strategy per account and implement :
- To prepare relevant recommendations for the distributor in order to improve the brand visibility and increase sell-in/sell-out
- To meet/exceed sales targets and KPI’s as established :
- To follow-up product orders and deliveries
- To prepare accurate sales planning consolidated by the Area Sales Manager
The Candidate:
- Higher education
- First proven experience in Retail Sales
- Experience in international company is a plus
- Team player with good communication skills – Team Management up to 5-7 people
- Good presentation skills
- Good analytical skills, able to analyze sales data and make relevant conclusions
- Stress resistance, ability to work hard
- Russian Native speaker + Fluent English

- work with inbound processes (customs declarations, goods acceptance at the WH)
- work with outbound documentation (Invoice- facture, TORG-12 etc.)
