The Company:
The client of Acteon is a leading international company operating in the Retail industry. They have been successful with more than 20 global brands for nearly a century and they have achieved over €20 billions revenue in 2010. Due to their constant development in Russia, they are looking for a Retail Director, for luxe division and several brands.
The Role:
- To develop the business through a solid retail strategy. Follow-up stores as well as the management of a full and efficient team.
- Implement retail strategy in finding accurate store strategy
- Design sales organization, manage and develop commitment and performance of sales teams
- Recruit, develop, coach and manage sales representatives
- Prepare store opening and ensure close business follow-up (assure brand image, analyse KPIs, prepare product, launch plan)
- Define customer service policy
- Beauty Advisors strategy and management
- Link between head office team (marketing, communication and merchandising) and store manager
- Follow-up sales strategies and annual business sales plan aligned with the objectives decided by Brand Directors (in term of sell-out)
