The position
Boutique Manager is directly responsible for:
- Boutique sales, margin and direct costs
- Implementation of Boutique Marketing Plan
- Management of Boutique operations and Staff
- Attract and develop VIP clients
Sales and margin:
- Developing the turnover of the Boutique in accordance with the retail strategy
- Meeting the turnover targets set by the Brand Management
- Respecting discount policy
Boutique:
- Take part in boutique further development
- Representing the brand inside and outside the Boutique:
- Responsible for the standard of welcoming & handling the clients (In the Boutique, on the phone, by mail)
- Responsible for appearance and maintenance of the Boutique
Managing the operation of the Boutique:
- Responsible for the stock & inventory
- Accuracy compared with theatrical stock in line with the financial and retail procedures
- Maintain the stock in a first choice condition
- Sale of discontinued products in line with a price or incentive policy set by the Brand
- Responsible for the cash register (Compliance with procedures and with legal, fiscal and customs regulations)
- Implement daily and monthly reporting according to the company rules
- Ensure the respect of all procedures and company policies
Managing the Boutique team:
- Monitoring the appearance and behavior of each person of the Boutique
- Coaching the team to reach individual and collective objectives
- Coordination and motivation of the team (daily & monthly meeting, training, etc.)
- Giving advice for setting annual and monthly turnover targets
- Distribution of tasks and ensuring the salespersons’ versatility
- Ensure the security procedures are strictly met
Clients:
- Satisfying customers
- Providing top boutique service with the team
- Proving best service during sales (listening, advising) and after-sales service
- Building a long term relationship with customers
- Taking care (personally) of VIP clients
Managing the development of the clientele of the boutique:
- Development of a qualified customers database
- Development and Enhancement of VIP client database and follow-up
- Developing and implementing marketing relationship action plan
- Constantly growing new clientele
The Candidate
- Higher education
- Fluency in Russian, English is a must
- Extensive management experience in retail luxury environment, preferably watches/jewelry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relations with staff and consumers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership
- Strong emphasis on organization
