The client

The client of Acteon is a European based reputable and well established Asset Management operations with an existing local branch in Moscow. Having performed compliance and obtaining the banking license, they are now seeking a highly experienced Asset Manager ready to handle their clients and bring along a portfolio to help to grow their operations in Russia.

The position

  • Manage multiple client accounts and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • Direct communication with the end clients and with the firm headquarters
  • Regularly research market trends and changes that may impact managed assets
  • Identify important data insights and generate reports using business intelligence software
  • Create impact analysis reports and deliver reports to key stakeholders, clients, and headquarters
  • Communicate any needed account changes with clients in a timely manner
  • Analyze portfolio changes and identify any irregularities that may negatively impact client asset accounts
  • Make needed changes to client portfolio as needed
  • Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders to review accounts

    The candidate

     

    • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Banking may be preferred
    • 5+ years of experience as a senior Asset Manager
    • Proved successful track record in Finance and/or private Banking
    • Capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously while working in a high-pressure environment
    • Highly trustworthy and dependable, particularly when handling sensitive materials
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills, and capable of liaising with multiple levels within an organization
    • Russian, English and Spanish languages are mandatory
