The Company:

The Client of Acteon is an international distributor of watches and jewelry of leading Swiss and European manufacturers. Operating in Russia since 2006, the company counts over 200 retailers all over Russia and distributes around 15 well-known brands. Their expansion on the market leads to the need of hiring a new Sales Managers.


The Job:

  • ensure the sales targets achievement on the designed territory
  • set, execute and coordinated  the sales strategy in the zone, taking into account market share and market potential
  • achieve the production distribution level within sales channels
  • develop a strong long-term relationship with existing partners
  • monitor a quality presence of the brands on the retail places
  • collect monthly sales and stock reports 
  • monitor and control credit level  and invoice’s status
  • participate in training sessions and exhibitions


The Candidate:

  • graduated, preferably in Management, Marketing, Sales, Economics
  • at least 2 years of successful experience at a level of Regional Sales or Sales Management, preferably gained within a large international player
  • an experience in wholesales and an exposure to the FMCG sector are welcomed
  • a proven strong communicator, able to handle negotiations at all level and to close deals
  • pro-active personality focused on results achievement
  • a good team player, capable of motivation, also a good listener
  • organization, precision, focus are skills coupled to strong analytical skills that will allow the treatment of a high volume of data
  • open to frequent business trips
  • correct level of English


The package is composed of a monthly salary + Quarterly % in line with KPI + various company benefits
