Their stores are located in the most exclusive shopping areas in the world constantly aiming at maximizing customer delight. Now for their properties in Moscow, we are searching for new Sales Administrator.

The Role
This is a multifunctional position which combines functions of:
1- Store Manager
- Coordination with suppliers to maintain the smooth functioning of the boutique;
- Follow up prices and adapt tags accordingly;
- Quarterly and yearly inventory;
- Stock activities (reconciliation of receiving products and invoices, product rotation between boutiques);
- Putting data in software;
2- After-Sales Service Manager
- Interaction with clients concerning after-sales services (repair. cleaning etc.);
- Contacting specialized service centers;
- Follow up delivery, services performance and getting the item back to the client;
3-Sales Team Support:
- Welcoming, processing payments, packing;
- Online sales ;
The Role
- Knowledge of Luxury business is a plus;
- Selling skills;
- Store procedures and process;
- CRM techniques and tools;
- Store operation applications (1C, CRM, SAP, etc.);
- At least 2-3 year of similar role in AFSS;
