The client

The client of Acteon is a global leading group of brands. Their well-known “accessible luxury” watch brand is one of the top sellers all over the world. They are looking for a reliable Office Manager for their Moscow office.

The Role:

  • Reception: answering phones, preparing meetings & agendas, welcoming visitors
  • Logistics: Making company travel arrangements, organizing company and client entertainment
  • Ordering office supplies and stationery
  • Creating, implementing and maintaining internal administrative standards
  • Interfacing with visas and migration administration (visas and work permit)
  • Budget: control and follow-up of back office expenses
  • Administrative and organizational support of internal and external events
  • Supporting the development of the business by actively helping the team to succeed

The Candidate: 

  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multi task and to prioritize
  • computer literate, knowledge of excel
  • excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • energetic, self-motivated 
  • open-minded, team-player personality
  • ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment
  • fluent Russian & fluent English
