The Company:

The client of Acteon is a fast growing French-Russian law firm with offices in Moscow and Paris and having a balanced portfolio of corporate / individual clients. The office in Moscow is looking for a Junior Lawyer to reinforce the attorneys’ team with good commands in tax / fiscal topics. The Junior Lawyer will be directly under the supervision of the main Partner in charge f the tax / fiscal department.

The Candidate:

• High Russian law education
• 2/3 years of relevant experience in a major / international law company
• Good commands in Russian corporate and personal tax spheres
• Russian Native speaker
• Fluent in English and French (oral and written) is mandatory
• Entrepreneurship mindset
• Client and service oriented
• Good communication skills
• Flexible / multitasks
• Responsible, well organized and accurate

The Job:

• Prepare analyses and draft conclusions
• Take part into clients meetings
• Provide answers to the clients’ requests (under the supervision of the Partner)
• Assist the Partner for various delivery and commercial sides
• Strong development perspectives within the firm
• International highly stimulated environment with human size
