The company cooperates with the largest manufacturing enterprises in Russia. The team is made up of high-class specialists: from designers and developers of microelectronics to programmers who develop software for various types of microcontrollers.
The company is constantly growing and at present they are looking for a commercial professional – Export Manager, who is ready to organize business with manufacturing enterprises in India.
The Position
– Construction and implementation of a sales strategy for equipment brand in India;
– Promotion of products in India;
– Creation of a reliable agent base of representatives in India;
– Training and supervision of agents, competent technical advice on the product;
– Conducting business negotiations and presentations with partners on the customer’s premises;
– Agreeing on the terms of long-term cooperation;
– Creation of a customer base in India;
– Business trips;
– Reporting and analytics
The Candidate:
– Higher education, technical mandatory;
– English C-1;
– Experience working with the Indian market from 1 year;
– Experience in partnerships with large enterprises and factories in India, knowledge of the region, culture, characteristics;
– Experience in creating and monitoring a database of agents in India;
– Analysis of the Indian market (potential partners, competitors);
– Experience in sales of highly intelligent / high-tech equipment;
– Experience working with large international enterprises;
– Experience in successful communications with decision makers;
– Business activity, independence;
– Available for large amount of business trips and accommodation in India.
