The Company:

The client of Acteon is a stable and dynamic company, producing stationary products and operating in several continents. Focusing on innovation programs and pursuing their global expansion, they are opening a new Russian commercial entity and therefore are looking for the Sales and Marketing Executive to develop complete range of company’s products through all appropriate channels in South region. Position based in Rostov-na-Donu or in Krasnodar.

The Role:

  • Developing sales to reach a leading and significant market share in Russia in all relevant fields (specialized and non-specialized)
  • Prospecting, reaching, animating a portfolio of clients in Russia
  • Organizing all kinds of promotional events to ensure company’s presence at the main stationary fairs and exhibitions
  • Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements
  • Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
  • Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities

The Candidate:

  • Higher education in Economics, Marketing or other business sphere
  • 3+ year’s sales experience in the traditional and wholesale area, in the consumer goods industry
  • Ambitious and motivated by new challenges
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and highly active
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English is a plus
