The Client

The client of Acteon is a technology consulting firm with a worldwide team of experts partnering with customers to turn innovative ideas into creative software solutions, with a strong focus on time-to-market from Discovery to Delivery.

The position

Source, find and evaluate talents for the company’s office in Russia and build a Talented Team.

  • Writing attractive, impactful and relevant job descriptions to attract profiles and give visibility to the company in Russia.

  • Using all necessary tools to hire Java specialists whether it can be job-boards, social networks, forums, digital events, cooptation …).

  • Be proactive to proceed to direct create, manage and grow a Talent pool of profiles for ongoing or future projects.

  • Carry out proactive cooptation actions through games and competitions for employees.

  • Actively Brand and promote the firm’s content (Blogs, Ippevents, Coding Dojos, References …) likely to interest candidates and contribute to the firm’s branding.

  • Contribute to onboard candidates and make sure their trial period runs smoothly and successfully.

The Candidate

  • At least 3 years of experience (in Agency or In House) in recruiting qualified profiles with a strong focus on digital.

  • At ease in a geek’s world, new technology lover.

  • Familiar with Boolean search, Gmail labels, and social networks search.

  • Speaks English, French would be a plus.

  • Likes to perform and go beyond goals.

  • Being proactive, rigorous, dedicated and able to work in full autonomy.
