The client of Acteon is the leader on his segment, offering a large range of equipment and solutions for the industrial food industry and more precisely for the BVP (Bakery-Viennese-Pastry). Headquartered in Europe, the company is facing an increasing demand on the Russian territory. Due to the fast growing development of a range of their products, they are creating a new Sales Manager role dedicated to St Petersburg region.
The role:
- Managing the existing client portfolio in the area allocated and up-selling new equipment & solutions in the area allocated
- Proactively searching for new business opportunities and developing market share
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients and developing their loyalty via frequent direct approach like calls or visits
- Searching for tenders
- Acting as Project Manager
- Implementing development strategy
- Representing the company during exhibitions, fairs or other events
- Reporting to General Manager
The candidate:
- Higher education
- 3+ years experience in Sales role with Industrial Food Machinery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic and proactive personality
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Russian native with fluent English
