The client of Acteon is one of the world’s most reputable company within the luxury sphere of highest-quality jewelry, watches and fashion accessories. Their brand covers a worldwide presence throughout a large number of boutiques and distribution networks. Their successful development in Russia has led them to recently decide to take over the activity of their historical partner and distributor. To undertake replenishment and merchandising duties to help the brand achieve sales and profit targets, the company is now looking to fill the most important positions of Sales Advisors.
The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Advisor will work as part of the sales team to achieve personal and department/store objectives with involvement at all steps, in all spheres such as, and not limited to:
- maximize sales opportunity deriving from any entrance in store
- contribute to the KPIs achievement
- handle all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason(browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints)
- handle sales process as per delivery standards (from Welcome to Packaging)
- enrich CRM data base with clients granting KPIs quality in data collection
- develop prospects into CRM data base proactively focusing on his/her social attitude and networking activities
- perform all CRM 1 to 1 activities as per Store Manager indications including CRM AFSS (ex. follow up on watch maintenance)
- apply all sales related procedures and guidelines (discounts, security, fiscal, legal, etc.)
- ensure that all front area of the shop are neat, clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines
- perform all AFSS front office activities directly related to final customers acting as proactive point of and assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued a standards
The Candidate:
Possessing at least 2 years of successful work experience in Sales & Service gained within the Luxury sphere with Premium brands, the future Sales Advisor also:
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Display comprehensive product knowledge
- Should be customer-orientated
- Use initiative at all times
- Show a genuine attitude
- Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet store needs
- Possess good IT knowledge (MS Office)
- Be fluent in Russian and English
