Their stores are located in the most exclusive shopping areas in the world constantly aiming at maximizing customer delight. In such a dynamic context in Moscow we are searching for new Sales Advisor
The Role
- Sales and Services
- Maximize sales opportunity deriving from any entrance in store
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador by representing and promoting the brand inside and outside of the Store, by engaging and acquiring potential customers. This involve, as instance taking part in networking events
- Contribute to the KPIs achievement
- Handle all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints)
- Handle sales process as per delivery standards (from Welcome to Packaging)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Enrich CRM data base with clients granting KPIs quality in data collection
- Develop prospects into CRM data base proactively focusing on his/her social attitude and networking activities
- Perform all CRM 1 to 1 activities as per Store Manager indications including CRM After Sales Service (ex. follow up on watch maintenance)
- Other Activities
- Apply all sales related procedures and guidelines (discounts, security, fiscal, legal, etc.)
- Ensure that all front area of the shop are neat, clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines
- Perform all AFSS front office activities directly related to final customers acting as proactive point of and assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored

The ideal candidate must have:
- At least 3 years of high-end luxury retail sales
- Selling skills
- Knowledge of fine Jewelry & Watches
- Passion for the brand
- Strong Interpersonal skills and outstanding customer orientation
- Strong networking attitude
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Business awareness
- Fluency in Russian and English (Pre-intermediate level)
