The client of Acteon is a magnificent luxury company, one of the leaders in high-end jewelry, watchmaking, perfumes, and accessories. For their Perfumes division, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager in Moscow.
The position
Responsible to manage the brand’s Parfums local marketing activities, you actively support the Regional Sales & Marketing team to design marketing strategy aligned with sales ambition and build brand awareness in the market
1/ Local Marketing Strategy
- Define yearly Brand Marketing Strategy & ensure local implementation
- Ensure A&P consolidation and monthly follow up with distributor/retailer
- Held client meetings, presentations, promo/launch package negotiations
- Lead all local ATL/BTL activities
- Share quarterly detailed activity report with HQ
2/ E-Commerce
- Implement e-com brand pages
- Lead e-com & social media local creative activities (linked PR, Coop, Media, Social, Collab ADs, QR codes)
- Lead the implementation of CRM in key flagship doors
- Weekly check of e-com retail environment
3/ Visual Merchandising
- Follow Capex development, brief & coordinate the project with ID team
- Create visual merchandising planogram per retailer
4/PR
- Manage PR strategy and follow budget
- Coordinate with PR agency local events implementation (in-store/national)
- Follow-up on PR materials providing and forecasts
- Held media negotiations to get the best conditions
- Manage DMR Reporting
The Candidate
- At least 3 years of experience in Operational Marketing
- Organized, with excellent time management skills
- Customer-oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive
- Prior experience in Perfume Retail is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Native Russian, fluent English, French is a plus
