In such a dynamic context in Moscow we are searching for new Junior Accountant

The Position

Daily accounting of Russian and foreign suppliers in 1C and SAP (in rubles and foreign currency):

– Accounts Payable (Russian vendors) in 1C and SAP
– Daily accounting of Russian and foreign suppliers in 1C and SAP for marketing expenses (A&P)
– Accounting of Russian and foreign suppliers in 1C and SAP in terms of fixed assets (only account 1C 08, without putting into operation)

Control, verification and accounting of expense reports
Verification of sales between 1C and SAP
Clearing of bank statements
Participation in monthly closing: reconciliation with major suppliers
Document flow (signing, filing, sending)
Other tasks on primary document circulation
Temporary position (not less than 9 months)
Reporting directly to Finance & Administrative manager

The Candidate

Higher education in Accounting or Finance
Accounting principles and procedures basic knowledge
Microsoft Office package, 1C, SAP
English language, intermediate level is desirable
Similar experience in accounting – at least 2 years or high potential students of top universities with master degree
Hard-working and result oriented person
Accurate, attentive to details and ready to cope with heavy flow of documentation
