The Company:
The client of Acteon is leading company in the Industrial sphere, with various middle-large size projects in Russia and abroad. They are currently involved in a strategical recruitment, the selection of an experienced and structured Head of HR.
The Job:
- Develop HR processes, policy and guidelines
- Advise Company management over operations and organise solutions delivery within decided timeframe
- Take over responsibility for recruitment operations of new hires (from 25 to 100+ headcounts) at all levels, from admin staff to engineers, in accordance with defined company needs
- Implement and drive employment contractual processes, compensation and benefit policies
- Monitor new hires integration and training programs
- Organise expatriates relocation to Russia, set up in-house service or with external suppliers (quotas, work permits, visas processes, housing)
The candidate:
- University degree with ideally specialization in Human Resources, or related field
- 3 years previous experience in the function, ideally gained with a international company in Russia
- Experience with employees working in rotation and under geographical coefficient
- Experience in process implementation with implication on all stages of HR duties
- Knowledge in depth of local HR administration and related legal procedures / Labour Code / Employment / Payroll process etc
- Analytical mind coupled
- People oriented skills with ability to work across different level of functions and cultures with capacity to easily communicate at all levels, internally and externally when representing the company to potential applicants
- Hard worker and very strong organizer with management skills
- English
