The client of Acteon is a global leader in the Energy industry, supplying industrial solutions to various industries including medical, chemical, Oil&Gas, etc. With a presence in about 80 countries and a turnover above 15 Billion Euros, our client is a major actor worldwide and also in Russia, strategic Energy market. Currently focusing and willing to push to a next level their Third Party activity, there are looking for an aggressive Global Solutions Director to lead and develop the division.


The Role:

  • Actively participate in the overall steering and development of third party projects in Russia
  • Organize, plan, manage and implement sales and marketing activities for TPS (Third Party Sales) in Russia
  • Fulfill customer’s requirements through adequate bidding and contract review and proper negotiation
  • Ensure the proper resource allocation
  • Ensure the management of the entity (the team of Sales Managers) and represent it legally in front of local authorities
  • Responsible for marketing and sales target:
    • Establish Sales plan and strategy according to the marketing, sales strategy and market conditions in the Zone
    • Focus on the marking and trends of industry; collect marketing information and research work
    • Build market database and keep interactive communication
    • Monitor competitors and adapt strategy for Russia along with competitor’s activities
  • Member of the Selection Committee to ensure adequate resources and competencies for the third party projects:
    • Propose the selection project and follow up the selected projects
    • Make plan for sales activities and adjust it properly
    • Organize negotiation with customer and contract signature
  • Participate in Preliminary Risk Analysis, Preliminary Risk Investment meetings etc
  • Maintain close contacts to the market (clients and suppliers) and represent the division to local authorities


The Candidate:

  • Higher degree in the Engineering sphere, ideally Chemical or Energy
  • 10+ years experience in a Business Development role in the Energy sector including sales, marketing and complex solutions development
  • Excellent communication, presentation  and negotiation skills
  • Dynamic, creative and target-oriented profile
  • Solutions maker with ability to federate
  • Strong capacity to rapidly build relationship and to develop them on long term basis
  • Ready to business trip up to 40%
  • Fluent English
