The client
The client of Acteon is a leading company with European HQ, specializing in Mechanical (HVAC) and Electricity (low and high voltage) fields, operating on construction / finishing turnkey projects and operations for clients from various industries (Automotive, Construction, Agro., Pharmacy,…). With a presence in 14 countries, the 9,000 employees generate a global turnover of 900 million euros. They are looking for a new Project Manager to strengthen the team in Moscow and consolidate their position on the Russian market
The role:
- Management of projects from 0,1 M€ to 5 M€ in international environment (internal and external)
- Being the privileged interlocutor between the company and the client, responsible for project results (financially and technically)
- Technical controlling involving cost, quantity, manpower
- Participating in commercial and tendering activity
- Forecasting and adapting orders
- Leading a team on site up to 20 ppl
- Managing project budget and time-schedule
- Reporting directly to corporate top manager related to project process
- Determining actions needed within own team to execute strategy
- Understanding the competitive drivers
- Recruiting workers
The Candidate
- Higher engineering education
- 2+ year experience with electrical installation projects (engineering and construction)
- Leadership competencies: thoroughly understands company vision, goals, and strategic drivers
- Excellent communication skills
- Broad knowledge of the application of engineering to plant constructability as applied to construction methods and materials, and the economics involved
- Proactive personality, always listening to market opportunities
- Based in Moscow, ready for business trips up to 30%
- Fluent Russian and English
