Designer

The candidate

The candidate will be in charge of covering Marketing Design and Promotion services and activities for the Sales team of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of high-quality documentation, catalogs, leaflets, and other promotional materials of designed deliverables;
• Creation and design of  banners, Internet pictures for sights and social communities;
• Modern and effective design of all catalogs and other materials
• Company’s brands’ digital design for all types of Web promotion.
• Social network communication design support.
• Daily cooperation with the Sales team and Digital Marketing Manager;
• Experience presenting work and communicating it within the internal team.
• Promotion and Branding activities on the Internet and Social networks;
• Strong, clean visual design sense.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions;
• Ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions.
• Video creation/edition experience as an advantage.
• Good experience of using modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, etc;
• Knowledge and experience working within customer (who order design).
• 3+ years of experience in designing world-class complex commercial materials;
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work;
• From 3 years in Design Marketing. Preferable areas – equipment distribution business. Both B2B and B2C promotion.
• Good communication skills, goals oriented;
• A sociable, responsible, good self-organized person, team player.
