AUTOMATION ENGINEER (LARGE INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS)

The Role:

• Proposal of technical solution to the customer
• Installation, supervising and commissioning work on the site of the client
• Development of technical specifications for design
• Realize documentation, functional and risk analysis
• Drafting of documents, explanatory notes, instructions
• Creation and modification of programmes robots (Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell)
• HMI realisation
• Аutomates repair service
• Сarrying out of tests and setting-up
• Application of the rules of  health and safety policy
• Assurance of correct operation of the equipment
• Preparation of the reporting
• Initiate proposals of improvement in following domains: programmes robots, mechanics, electricity, pneumatic, hydraulic
• Participation in interventions in indifferents technical domains (electromechanics, electrical engineering, hydraulics, pneumatics…) and application  of your knowledge and experience

The Candidate:

• High technical education – Automation or similar
• 3+ yrs experience with control systems of industrial equipment, certificates PLC: AlanBradley, Schneider Electric, Siemens
• Electric safety Group – 3 to 1000W
• Knowledge of frequency inverter, electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, fluid, HMI, network
• Work with respect of the safety rules
• Ready for travelling
• Intermediate English
