The clients

The clients of Acteon are well-established international brands located in the most iconic shopping and travel retail areas of Dubai. As their need for qualified and experienced retail sales professionals is consistently increasing, we are now looking for experienced Russian speaking Retail Sales Consultants ready to relocate in the UAE.

The positions

Communicate with customers entering the store to maximize all sales opportunities
Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the store
Take care of the whole sales process from welcoming the customer to handing purchases
Work with the CRM and client database
Make sure the sales areas are visually appealing and complying with the brand guidelines
Address customer complaints and follow up on the quality of rendered services

The Candidates

Ready for relocation in Dubai, or already located in the UAE
At least 3 years of experience in retail sales
Proven excellent selling skills with premium brands either in cosmetics, perfumes, accessories or fashion
Preferably knowledge of the Beauty & Fragrances industry
Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding presentation and customer orientation
Excellent networking skills
Fluent Russian and English
